Order Cancellation:
You’re welcome to cancel your order within 2 days of placing it—no questions asked.

Return Window:
If you need to return an item, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order (or when your chosen third party receives it) to initiate the process.

How to Return:
Just let us know by sending a clear note to support@kozystreet.com. We’ll get back to you quickly with all the details you’ll need.

Refund Timing:
Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 10 days, using your original form of payment. There are never any extra fees for your reimbursement.

Return Guidelines

For a quick and successful return, please ensure:

  • The item was bought within the past 14 days.

  • The product is in its original packaging.

Items Not Eligible for Return

To keep things safe and fair, these items cannot be returned:

  • Custom, personalized, or made-to-order goods.

  • Products that can spoil or expire quickly.

  • Goods unsealed after delivery for hygiene reasons.

  • Items inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery.

We may need to decline returns that don’t meet these guidelines, but we’re always happy to answer your questions first.

Returning Your Order

You will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning your item. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service. We’re unable to provide a refund without proof of delivery or receipt of the goods.
